After a few player instructions, Tournament Director Tony Burns kicked of Day 1A of the Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open WPTDeepStacks Main Event.

The time has come to roll out the big game on the 2017 Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open schedule and we are ready to kick off the $1 Million Guarantee WPTDeepStacks Main Event in the ballroom.
Last year’s WPTDeepStacks was a big one for both the series and the tour itself when it drew 1,684 entries to create the biggest tournament field in the tour’s history. They combined to easily surpass that $1 million guaranteed prize pool and Salomon “HashtagKing” Ponte was the surprise champion after conquering a tough final table.
The ballroom will fill up with locals, amateurs, and pros from around the country aiming to make the live-stream final table on Tuesday afternoon.
Today is the first of three starting flights and all survivors will gather as one on Sunday to begin the process of playing down to a champion.
Each entrant will sit down to a 25,000 starting stack and the tournament will run 40-minute levels throughout. Late registration is open until the start of Level 10 at 7:30pm after dinner break and players have a single re-entry option per flight during that time. The flight will come to an end after Level 15 and those with chips will bag up for a return on Sunday for Day 2.

The Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open WPTDeepStacks Main Event is right around the corner and we are having a mega satellite day starting tomorrow at 9am. Plenty of chances to win your way into the $1 Million Guarantee Main Event kicking off on Thursday.
There are five satellites running throughout the day with 49 combined seats guaranteed. The biggest kicks off at 11am and the $140 buy-in satellite has a huge 30 seat guarantee.

The 2017 Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open is underway and the WPTDeepStacks Main Event is right around the corner. Last year’s tournament drew the biggest crowd in the tour’s history and we expect another big turnout this year.
The $1,100 buy-in tournament has a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, three starting days with the first on January 19, and a live-streamed final table. We are running 18 satellites between now and then for those looking to get into the game for a discount. The satellites have 91 combined seats guaranteed with 49 of them split between four satellites on January 18. All but one satellite feature a $140 buy-in with 1-in-10 entrants earning a seat in the big game and the $250 buy-in satellite on January 18 has five seats guaranteed with 1-in-5 booking their way in.
