The Seniors Event is one of the last tournaments on the schedule and it drew a great crowd of those 50 years and older. The 122 entries created a prize pool worth $41,480 and the last 16 players will get paid.

A min-cash earns $809 while the 2019 RRPO Seniors Champ walks away with $12,028 plus the RRPO trophy and custom-framed winner’s photo courtesy of IMPDI.

Today is our last in the Seminole Ballroom this series and we’re closing it out with another handful of tournaments. The popular Seniors Event returns to the series with a noon start and open to those 50 years and older.

They’ll start with 12,000 stacks and play 30-minute levels all day long. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30 pm with a dinner break scheduled at 6 pm.

They will return and continue to play until they reach the final table followed by the eventual Seniors Event champion.
