Courtney Webb came into the SHRPO Championship on a nice roll and the series has already been a success. The Australia-to-Florida transplant had deep runs in the $600 Double Black Chip Bounty and $600 Six-Max NLH tournaments then struck really big in the $1,100 one-day event.

Webb outlasted all but one of the 385 entries in Event 28 and banked $52,215 for a runner-up finish. Her Championship is moving along as well and she sits with 132,000 at the start of Level 8.

Steven Sarmiento is our new leader and way out in front. The 2019 WSOP Circuit Coconut Creek Main Event winner is up to 263,000 after six levels and it looks like Kyna England was second with 198,600.

Sam Panzica came back this afternoon to play out the $1,100 H.O.R.S.E. Championship final table, won the tournament, posed for pics, and then immediately jumped into the SHRPO Championship.

He joined during Level 6 and they will be going on a break at the bottom of the hour. They will have 90-minutes to enjoy the amenities on the property and return at 7 pm.

Day 1A of the Championship moved up to Level 6 and the entry counted topped 500 before it got there. They’ve put nearly $2.5 million in the game with registration open until 9:15 pm.
