Event 53 of the 2024 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown was the Big 4 $1,100 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry). A field of 504 entries produced a prize pool of $500,000 and earning the biggest payday was Benjamin Moschel, winning outright for $89,800.
Moschel began the final table in the middle of the pack and sat back as Jean Gaspard eliminated several players to take hold of more than half the chips with four players remaining.
In the midst of Gaspard eliminating fourth-place finisher Shannon Shorr and third-place finisher Cameron Storto, Moschel won three all-ins against Gaspard to take the chip lead heads-up, before ultimately getting it in with best of it and holding up to earn his first SHRP major series trophy.
