Event 1 of the 2025 Seminole Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open was the multi-flight $400 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em. Across eight starting flights, a field of 6,853 entries generated a prize pool of $2,261,160.

Emerging victorious Dario Dussan, winning outright for $278,150.

Of the 683 players who advanced to Day 2 and cashed, Dussan was 531st in chips and relatively short stacked with just 18 big blinds. Before the dinner break was reached, Dussan had gone from near the bottom to the very top, leading the remaining 153 players at about the halfway point on Day 2. It was smooth sailing the rest of the way for Dussan, finishing 5th in chips of the 31 players who advanced to Day 3.

He quicky chipped up and was atop the chip counts for majority of the duration of the tournament. As the final table approached, Dussan scored back-to-back eliminations in the same situation. His pocket kings held up in quick succession against ace-queen, first against Alberto Cifuentes and then Sean Phillippi.

When the final table was reached, Dussan held about 40% of the chips in play and he continued to dominate, never surrendering the lead en route to his victory.
