Andjelko Andrejevic is pushing 1.3 million and building a solid chip castle to boot.  The Miami resident is chasing the biggest payday of his live career as he stands as one of the leaders with 37 players remaining.

We are now down to 40 players and some of them are starting to cross the 1 million chip barrier.

Mohammed Jaafar is currently around 1.2 million, Faraz Jaka stands at 1.1 million and Jonathan Borenstein is just over 1 million with other players closing in fast on that magic number.  Play rolls on here in our Main Event for about 35 mintues before play ends tonight.

As expected, mayhem has broken out in the Main Event after the bubble.  Fourteen players have already fallen and the event went from eight tables to six in swift fashion.

As the short stacks filter out, the players can start to think about that massive $480,200 payday for our champion as 49 grinders now remain alive.

The slow trek to the money continues and the field has now gone 10 times around hand-for-hand action with only one player in real danger.

On the 9th hand, it was Bob Bounahra all-in for his final 64,000 and Matt Glantz called. They held the action until the rest of the hands were complete and they saw where they were.

Bounahra was far ahead against the of Glantz. He had a little sweat when Glantz got a piece of the flop but his double came when the board completed to move them into the 10th hand.

With just a few minutes left in Level 18, one of the last two ladies remaining has fallen.

Extremely short stacked, Nancy Birnbaum went all in and faced off with Jamie Rosen.

Birnbaum, behind and dominated, got no help as the board ran out and was eliminated. Her elimination leaves Angel Vu as the last woman standing and the rest of the field on the bubble going hand for hand as we head to break with 64 players remaining.

Angel Vu was riding the short stack since dinner and dropped down under five big blinds. She tried to get some action but was unable to find anyone to give her the courtesy double up though she stacked up enough in blind/antes to give her a shot

When she did get a chance for the double, it was against an opponent actually holding less. She called a 49,000 shove from the small blind but Elliott Zaydman was not tricked in the big blind. Vu was ahead with against and pulled the pot when the board ran clean to give her a little more room to move.
