Players are in no hurry to put their chips at risk so close to the bubble, a change from normal post-dinner activity. Keven Stammen made a small error and it cost him a lot of his stack.

Already short after dinner, Stammen moved in for less than a min-raise over a pre-flop open, but his opponent lost track of the action and didn’t realize action was on him.

Thinking the player called, Stammen prematurely tabled and the floor was called. The other gentleman let his hand go despite the low cost and showed while staff gave Stammen a one orbit penalty.

He joked with the rest of the field but came back to an even smaller stack. Stammen tried for a double several times but it was Angel Vu who finally looked him up from the big blind with . The WSOP and WPT winner needed help with but was left drawing thin after the flop.

Matt Glantz was looking at a 100,000 bet from Jeff Chang with the board reading . After the flop, Glantz opened for 37,000 from early position, found one caller in middle position, before Chang raised it up.

Glantz thought it through before moving all-in for 267,000 total to get a fold from one opponent. Chang quickly called with while Glantz tabled for top pair with the nut flush draw. He hit it right on the turn and dodged a river boat to move over 550,000 while Chang is no longer among the leaders.
