A special game gets underway at 4 pm in the Grand Ballroom with a $1,100 buy-in Pot-Limit Omaha 8 tournament that has a Six-Max format and a two-day structure. A lot of action and a lot of play.

Players start with 20K deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 8:30 pm but players are limited to a single re-entry if they bust their first stack. They will continue playing down this evening until seven players remain to form the final table.

Those players will bag their chips and return tomorrow at 2 pm to play it out for the LHPO trophy.

Event 18 of the 2022 Seminole Hard Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open, a $400 Deep Stack Turbo No-Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry), drew a field of 107 entries and produced a prize pool of $36,380. A four-way deal was reached at the final table and Michael Newman was the chip leader, making him the official winner.

The victory marks Newman’s seventh SHRP major series trophy win, putting him in a tie with Brian Altman, Yuval Bronshtein, Gabe Ramos, and David Prociak, trailing only Raminder Singh’s nine.
