With action spread across the room with four events and one satellite, our latest start hasn’t received much love at the start.

The final flight today for the $150,000 guaranteed Event 7 has moved through their first break and getting closer to locking down for the night. The evening tilt has attracted 266 entrants so far to make the biggest starter of the Event.

There are three more shots at the big prize tomorrow with starting flights at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm for just the $150 buy-in.

Cards are flying for the third of six starting flights in this budget-priced No Limit Hold’em event.  Players began with 12,000 chips and all levels are 30 minutes long.

There are three more starting flights tomorrow at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm.  Day 2 is on tap for 1pm Wednesday.

Players who bust out of any flight may re-enter as many times as they like until registration closes for that flight at the start of level 7.

At the end of play, there were 29 players remaining and they have now bagged up their chips for the night.

Tomas Schlesinger bagged the most chips with 196,000, but Bassel Eissa was right on his heels with 189,000.

These players get tomorrow off and will return Wednesday at 1pm for Day 2.

Flight B of the huge Event 7 field just rolled into Level 5 as the entrant number hit 206 to top the field from this morning. There are still two full levels (plus the break) to get in 1B or come in at 7pm for the third and final chance today.

There were a few familiar faces in the second go ’round including Elliott Zaydman, Alfonso Perez, Dani Dayan, Danielle Howe, and Zach Kessler.

One of the familiar faces in the field today is Moe Maghraoui.  Moe won the $2,200 Six Max NLH event during the 2014 SHRPO, coming out on top of a three-way chop.

Moe also finished 5th in the 2014 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year standings, which earned him a $3,500 entry into the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Championship (Apr 2015).

After three levels, players got a ten minute break and now they’re back on the felt.  About 160 entries in this event so far.

They’ll play three more levels and take another break before registration closes at about 2:20pm.  After that, players will have to wait for Flight B which takes off at 3pm.

The Ballroom here at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood is going to be packed today with four main events, one with three starting flights, and one satellite running later tonight.

For now, it’s just this event and they’re already occupying 12 tables front and center.  107 entrants so far with plenty of time to late register and re-enter.
