Three Trophies Awarded on Monday, One More to be Won on Tuesday

The Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown moves into the back half of the schedule with three tournaments being won on Monday. Ruslan Dykshteyn, Andre Crooks and Vimy Ha all came out on top of their respective tournaments to take home titles.

Dykshteyn won the $570 No Limit Hold’em Deep Stack Re-Entry event on Monday afternoon. He came out on top of a four-way deal to take home  $184,705. He chopped it with Robert Mizrachi, Casey Kaplan and Darren Rabinowitz at the beginning of four-handed play.

This is Dykshteyn’s second six-figure payday in the state of Florida after taking down the WSOP Circuit Main Event at the Palm Beach Kennel Club in 2014.

Crooks outlasted a field of 139 players and came out on top of a heads-up battle that lasted several hours against 2015 WSOP Main Event runner-up Josh Beckley to win the $1,650 No Limit Hold’em Purple Chip Bounty event.

Crooks netted $40,308 and the trophy in the victory. Crooks has made plenty of money at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown in the last year. He finished third in last year’s $3,500 WPT Main Event for $383,000.

Lastly, Vimy Ha won the $570 No Limit Hold’em Double Black Chip Bounty during the early hours of Tuesday morning. He made a deal heads-up with Pasquale Caiazza. They chopped the remaining prizepool evenly and Ha would take credit for the win since he had slightly more chips.

Ha took home $16,020 and the trophy.

There is only one event taking place on Tuesday. The $570 No Limit Hold’em Six-Max gets started at noon and is scheduled to play down to a winner.

Here is a look at Tuesday’s schedule:

12 p.m. – $570 No Limit Hold’em Six-Max ($50,000 GTD Prizepool, Single Re-Entry)
