After five, 90-minute levels, the 90 players that returned for Day 3 of the $3,500 WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown was trimmed down to just 18 players with Chad Eveslage from Indiana leading the way.

“It was the best I’ve ever ran.. didn’t really face any adversity. I kept making hands, it was the easiest day ever.”

Eveslage bagged up a massive chip stack of 10,760,000 which more than double James Carroll who finished the day second in chips with 5,255,000.

Jason Marshman (4,700,000), Jerry Robinson (4,400,000) and Maria Ho (4,175,000) round out the top five chip stacks.

The final 18 players will return on Tuesday, April 15, to play down to the final table of six players that will all return on May 30 to play down to a winner at the HyperX Esports Arena at the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Surviving Tuesday and making the final table would guarantee them  at least $148,380 and keeping them alive for the $715,175 first place prize.
