Day 1B Entries:  490

Frank Russo

Frank Russo is moving up the counts and made a bold prediction earlier in the day.

“I’m going to bag 536K,” Russo said before joining. “Write that down.”

He’s having a good start on his goal. With a flop reading AhAd4c, Russo had an opponent all-in and at risk. His trip aces with As5s were ahead of pocket tens and he made a boat after the 8h turn and 8c river.

Russo sent him out and stacked up among the leaders.

Another level down and the prize pool climbed to $3.7 million as we roll to bigger blinds. It will hit $4,000,000 before too long and we are chasing even more.

A few more friends in town for the Championship include Antuan Bunkley, Fred Dabus, Jessica Dawley, Matthew Leecy, and Tarun Gulati.

Players Party at L Bar Tonight!

Three colorful drinks in martini glasses on a tray with a stack of coasters that say "L Bar".

Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood is hosting a Players Party tonight from 10 pm until 1 am at L Bar, which is directly across from the check-in desk in the lobby.

For access, players just need to bring their tournament receipt from the $3,500 RRPO Championship.

Players will get free drinks and hors d’oeuvres from our popular resta Kuro.

Even if you play all day and are lucky enough to bag chips at 11:15 pm, you’ll still have plenty of time to make it to the party before it ends at 1:00 am.

Come join the fun!
