The 2022 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship is down to 47 players and they return today at noon to play down to the final table. Sergio Aido leads the field but a ton of talent trying to chase him down including two WSOP Main Event champs (Joe McKeehen and Espen Jørstad).

Blind levels continue to last 60 minutes each until they reach the last three tables, then they increase to 90 for the duration. We will have a feature table streaming on Poker Night in America all day until seven players remain to return for the final table tomorrow.

The second Big 4 event drew 435 entries to the $2,200 buy-in tournament to surpass the $1,00,000 guarantee and 83 players return at noon to play down to its final table.

But first, they need to make the money. The last 55 players will slide into the cash and then proceed to climb the ladder.

Closing out the Big 4 schedule with a big one. The $25K Big 4 High Roller gets underway at noon with a huge $2,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. Some of the best players in the game will be here taking part

Players start with 100K stacks and all Day 1 levels last 40 minutes, going up to 90 minutes at the final table. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 10 at 8 pm following the 90-minute dinner break.

The last two tournaments in the Big 4 get underway today with Event 39 kicking things off with a $1,100 buy-in and $500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

They’ll start with 20,000 deep stacks and all levels on Day 1 will last 30 minutes, going up to 90 at the final table. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Level 12 at 6:30 pm. Play will continue today until the field reaches the nine-handed final table.

Those players will return tomorrow at 1 pm to play down to a champion.

WPT Tampa Coming Up Soon!

We are wrapping things up in Hollywood over the next few days, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be some more big-money events in the Sunshine State coming up very soon.

The 2022 WPT Tampa series gets underway at our sister property in a couple of weeks.  Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is hosting the World Poker Tour with the series kicking off on August 25 and a $600 buy-in/$1,000,000 guarantee tournament.

The schedule features 32 primary events and more than $3,000,000 in guaranteed prize money. The series headliner is the 2022 WPT Tampa Championship on September 2, with a $3,500 buy-in, two starting flights, and a $1,000,000 guarantee.
