Jason Mercier

The $25K High Roller is up to 72 entries for a prize pool worth $1,778,400 and we see some new faces in this crowd.

This afternoon, Jason Mercier took a seat looking for his fourth Hollywood major title, three of which came in High Roller events. James Calderaro, Giuseppe Iadisernia, Stephen Song, and Joseph Cheong also joined the tournament. Iadisernia recently cashed out of the Championship in 49th place, and Cheong finished in fourth place at the PLO High Roller final table.

Mercier is trying to match the recent accomplishments of his wife, Natasha. She returned to tournament poker with a third-place finish in the $1,100 Shootout and followed that up with a 130th place in the RRPO Championship (out of 1,541).
