Scott Woodring:  QdJh  (queen-jack high)
Big Blind:  8h4s  (eight high)
Julio Delgado Reyes:  Qs8s  (queen-eight high)

Both of Woodring’s cards played, so he won the pot with queen-jack high to eliminate Reyes in 92nd place.

With the board showing 7h7s3sQh on the turn and a little more than 300K already in the pot, Adam Rothschild checked from the big blind, the player in the cutoff bet 135,000, and Rothschild check-raised to 300,000.

The cutoff tanked for a long time until somebody called for a clock, but the cutoff called before the floorperson arrived for the countdown.

The river card double-paired the board with the 3h, and Rothschild moved all in for 350,000. The cutoff tanked for a while before he called with Ad9d for the two pair on the board with his ace kicker.

But Rothschild turned over 8c7c to win the pot with a full house, sevens full of threes, to double up in chips.

The UTG player thought for a while before he folded, and Syed Alvi thought for a bit before he called all in for about 600,000 with Ac7s for a pair of aces.

But Woodring turned over 2s2h for a set of deuces, and Alvi was drawing dead.

The meaningless river card was the 4h, and Woodring won the pot with his set of deuces to eliminate Alvi in 111th place.

With the board showing 7s6s6cKc and about 300K already in the pot, Jay Romano checked UTG, Thomas Boyden moved all in from the button for 330,000, and Romano went into the tank.

After a while, Romano said to himself, “For some reason, I think you missed your straight.”

Soon after that, Romano called with AcQc for an ace-high club flush draw, and Boyden turned over As9s for an ace-high spade flush draw.

Romano had the lead with his queen kicker, and Boyden needed a spade or a nine to win, or a king or a seven to chop.

The river card was the 8s, and Boyden completed his spade flush to win the pot and double up in chips.
