Three players were involved in a growing pot on a flop. A player in the blinds checked to Salsberg, who bet 500. The player behind him called, the other folded, and it was heads-up to the turn.

It was the . Salsberg bet another 3,100, and his opponent called.

The river was the , and both players checked.

Salsberg showed , winning the pot with a queen-high flush. His opponent flashed either or as he mucked, and he was relieved of the rest of his short stack one hand later by another player.

Salsberg has apparently been doing some good work early, sitting with well over twice the starting stack just an hour in.

The player under the gun opened to 2,700, and Chance Kornuth three-bet to 9,400 in the cutoff. From the button, Glen Cressman four-bet shoved for 31,000 total, and both the initial raiser and Kornuth called.

The flop was , and the under-the-gun player bet what looked like 39,000. Kornuth moved all in for about 75,000 effective, and his opponent called all in for that amount to put himself at risk, as well.
