Swedish pro Sofia Lövgren is making her first appearance in the Seminole Ballroom after a few days exploring South Florida (and our Poker Room). Coconut Creek regular Sal Sollecito is originally from the Northeast and his mother follows the updates from Italy.

We’ve gone global.

In April, Sollecito boldly claimed that he was going to win the $600 opening event of the Poker Showdown. While he did not take the trophy hme, he went deep with a 34th place finish out of 3,902 entries. We’re guessing his mother was proud.
