$5,250 SHRPO Championship
$3,000,000 Guaranteed | Structure
Level 1: 100/100
Yesterday was a great start to Big 4 weekend and the $3 Million Guarantee Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship. Flight A drew 419 entries, more than the year before, and the tournament is only 200 away from making that guarantee.
If we don’t hit it by the time cards go in the air, it won’t take long after.
Two-time WSOP Circuit winner Nick Pupillo ended Flight A with a huge lead and they will be trying to chase him down today. Pupillo also has two SHRP titles when he went back-to-back during the 2014 Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open, two trophies in two days.
Championship players start with 40,000 deep stacks and all levels will last 60 minutes until only 27 players remain. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 but they are limited to a single re-entry in the Championship if they bust their first attempt. Flight B will come to an end after Level 10 and all survivors will join the 142 who advanced from Flight A.
Action gets underway at noon and we will have all the action from start to finish.
