Day 1B of the $3,500 WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Championship added another 1,089 entries to create a total field of 1,982, and a prizepool worth $6,342,400 — more than tripling the $2 million guarantee.

The final 248 players will finish in the money, guaranteed at least $6,275 each, with $975,240 set aside for first place.

There were 312 players who bagged up chips at the end of the night, and the two biggest stacks belonged to Jordan DeGrenier and Athanasios Polychronopoulos:

1.  Jordan DeGrenier  –  672,000  (336 bb)
2.  Athanasios Polychronopoulos  –  574,000  (287 bb)

The full list of official chip counts will be posted later tonight, along with the official Day 2 seat draw. With 241 survivors from Day 1A and another 312 today from Day 1B, there will be 553 players in the field to begin Day 2.
