The players returned from break to begin Level 9, with increased blinds of 1,000-1,500 and a big blind ante of 1,500.

Registration is now closed, and the tournament clock shows an unofficial Day 1B field of 1,089. That would create a total tournament field of 1,982, and a total prizepool worth more than $6.3 million. As soon as the tournament staff confirms and releases the prizepool, we will post the payouts here in the updates.

A scan of the field during the break turned up seven players with at least 300K in chips, creating an unofficial leaderboard:
