The two opening flights are in the books for the 2019 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship and now it is time for Day 2. The headliner drew 809 entries but only 270 of them survived the first ten flights. They return together today as one and will continue the steady march towards the final table and our next winner.

Former WSOP November Niner Joseph Cheong went on a heater late in Flight B and returns for Day 2 as the chip leader. SHRPO Super High Roller third-place finisher Tom Boivin sits in second with 2017 WPT Poker Showdown champ Tony Sinishtaj and 2003 WSOP Main Event Champ Chris Moneymaker in the top ten.

Today’s Championship schedule is similar to the opening flights. They will play 10 hour-long levels with a 75-minute dinner break following Level 16. The Championship should make it into the money later today with 102 spots getting paid. Anyone with chips after Level 20 will advance to Day 3 tomorrow at noon.

Cards go back in air at noon and we will have all the action.
