While some players are busting out of the Championship, others are building their stacks. Jessica Cai is one of the latter; she came into Day 2 with 191,000 but quickly moved up among the leaders with 446,000 after one level.

Bob Mather is also sticking around a little longer. He moved all in for 35,000 and picked up one caller, though Gabrial Abusada thought about coming along in the big blind before mucking sixes face up.

Mather was racing with against and needed to catch to stay in the game.
