Micah Raskin

Micah Raskin moved all in from the cutoff for 375,000, and Richard Seymour called from the big blind with 6d3h.

Raskin turned over Ks6s, and he was a dominant favorite to double up.

The flop came 9s8s2c, giving Raskin a spade flush draw.

But the turn card was the 5h, giving Seymour a gutshot straight draw. All Raskin had to do was avoid a non-spade three or four to stay alive.

The river card was — the 4d.

For the second hand in a row, Raskin had the best hand going in, flopped a huge lead, and then lost to a runner-runner straight. Seymour won the pot with a six-high straight to eliminate Raskin in seventh place.

Richard Seymour  –  5,600,000  (28 bb)
Micah Raskin  –  Eliminated in 7th Place  ($106,000)

The final six players are filling out their bio sheets and verifying their chip stacks. Stay tuned for the official counts for tomorrow’s televised WPT Final Table, which will also be live streamed.
