Less than 10 players away from the money, a player moved all in under the gun for 1,000. Jakub Paulik raised from middle position to 25,000, Ray Qartomy called from the button, and Stewart Chantler called from the big blind.

There was 13,000 in the main pot, and another 72,000 in the side pot.

All three players checked to the turn on a board of Js9c5s2h, and Chantler bet 35,000. Paulik folded, and Qartomy called.

At that point, the all-in player got up from the table and walked out of the room, abandoning his stack.

The river card was the 7c, Chantler bet 40,000, and Qartomy tanked for a while before he called. All three hands were turned over, even though the UTG player had already left the room:

Stewart Chantler:  9h8h  (pair of nines)
Ray Qartomy:  Ah10s  (ace high)
UTG:  Qc6s  (queen high)

If the river card had been a queen, the short stack would have tripled up, but it was a seven, so Chantler won the pot with his pair of nines to officially eliminate that player from the tournament.

Stewart Chantler  –  1,210,000  (151 bb)
Ray Qartomy  –  150,000  (19 bb)

With 199 players remaining from a field of 1,541, the average chip stack is around 387,000 (48 big blinds). The final 193 players will finish in the money, guaranteed at least $5,600 each.

There will be a 90-minute dinner break after this level (around 6:30-6:45 pm, depending on the Money Bubble), and action will continue tonight until the end of Level 20, around 11:30 pm.
