Day Two Of Championship Event Highlights Poker Action At Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open”

Over the past two days, 482 entrants have ponied up $1,650 to take part in Event 18, the $500,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool No Limit Hold ‘Em Championship Event. By the time play concluded Saturday night we had a total of 117 players that will be returning today at 1 p.m. to take their shot at the whooping $723,000 prize pool. 54 players will get paid and first place will take home $145,321. The chip leader is Serge Coles with 249.5K with local regular Nigel Murray close behind with 249K. Closing out the top three is the en fuego Cong Pham with 240.8K. They will play until 2 a.m. or the final table, which ever comes first.

Championship Event Day 2 Seating Assignments

For those that want to take part in some tournament poker at The Poker Room at Seminole Hard Rock, Event 19 will get started at 6 p.m. This event is a $150 Double Stack No Limit Hold ‘Em tournament.  Players start with 12,000 in chips with 15 minute levels throughout. Registration and re-entry is open through the first 8 levels. This is a one day event that will play to completion.
