Matt Yorra took a seat in this afternoon’s flight with a chance to make a little history. The SHRP regular has a tournament victory in each of our major series in 2018 and can make it three series in a row over the next two weeks.

Yorra opened his year with a win in the $570 Big Stack event during the Lucky Hearts Poker Open and followed that up with a $570 Six-Max title during the Poker Showdown.

We can find only two other players with a win in three straight series; both Michael Newman and former SHRP Player of the Year David Prociak accomplished that feat in 2016/2017.
