After an elimination dropped the field down to 68 players, Tournament Director Tony Burns announced that all tables should finish the hands in progress before hand-for-hand play could begin for the end-of-day Money Bubble.

But one of the tables had already begun a hand taht would lead to an all-in situation.

Chipleader Alejandro Funes raised from the cutoff to 18,000, the player on the button moved all in for 115,000, and Funes tanked for a while before he called with .

The player on the button turned over , and was dominated as he faced elimination on the Money Bubble.

The board came — the player on the button flopped a gutshot straight draw, but improved no further. Funes won the pot with a pair of aces to eliminate his opponent, catapult above 500K, and burst the Money Bubble, bringing Flight E to a conclusion.
