Esteban Garcia

Esteban Garcia has had himself a nice little run over the last few months. The Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood poker regular plays in our nightly events and took part in our Feeding South Florida Charity Game ahead of the 2018 Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open in November.

Garcia made it all the way through the field before he lost heads-up to 2003 WSOP Main Event champ Chris Moneymaker. The top prize that day was a $30,000 PokerStars Platinum Pass, a ticket to the $25,000 PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC) in the Bahamas. Moneymaker was not eligible to win the package so it went to Garcia in second place. He was among five SHR players to receive a Platinum Pass and they played in the tournament last week. Garcia went deep in the tournament and turned his freeroll into a $36,000 payday after a 146th place finish.

Garcia is back home and taking his newly boosted bankroll for a ride this afternoon in the Ultimate Re-Entry.
