Level 5: 150/300 with a 25 ante

After a series of raises, 2017 Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open Championship winner Michael Newman had most of his stack committed from middle position with AdKd, racing with his early-position opponent’s 6h6d.

The board came down Qc10s5h3c10c, no help to Newman, securing the pot for his opponent.

A few hands later following a flop of 6d5c5s, Newman was all in from the big blind for about 2,800 with 6c3d, but trailed his opponent’s 5h4h. The Jc turn and 2h river completed the board, and Newman was eliminated.

With re-entries available until the start of Level 9, Newman re-entered a few minutes later.
