Players have been dropping a furious pace as we have now gotten down to 34 players leaving only four tables in play.  Eliminations have been non-stop for past twenty minutes as we close in on an Event 1 champion.

One player who has stepped into contention is top pro Nigel Murray.  Murray managed to double through Everett Gilmore and is now one of the largest stacks in the room.   Joining Murray is Daiane Mendez at 3 million as another one of the chip leaders.
