Nicholas Chiappetta moved all in under the gun for 865,000, Kevin Ruscitti called all in from UTG+1 for 65,000, and Tony Ruberto, who didn’t notice Chiappetta’s action, threw out 250,000 in an attempt to raise over Ruscitti’s bet. The dealer flagged it immediately.

A floorperson was called over, and Ruberto was given the option to forfeit his 250,000, or call the full all-in amount of 865,000. Ruberto tanked for a while before he called, and everyone else folded.
