Event 10 Day 1A: Daniels Leads the Way

$570 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 9: 400/800/100 Ante

The registration desk closed for the first flight of Event 10 with an impressive 405 entrants. They’ll now play down until the end of Level 14 when the survivors will bag up their chips and return Sunday for Day 2.

If they don’t make it that far, there’s another flight at 6pm.

We have three solid names at the top of chip counts and the only ones over 100,000 at the break. Former WPT final tablist Abbey Daniels is one nice score away from topping $500,000 in career earnings and is going in the right direction with her leading 125,600 stack.

Local Gary Flur is right behind her with 116,500 and trying for his first tournament win since 2012 when he conquered the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown H.O.R.S.E. event.

Evan Teitelbaum is back in the ballroom with 111,300 and his last victory came in this event a few months ago during the Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open.
