Two familiar faces in the poker world are starting play in Event 10.

First, “Miami” John Cernutto has taken his seat.  With his cash in the Seniors Event last night, Cernutto has already three cashes in this series including two top-three finishes.  Expect Cernutto to be one of the favorites in this event.

Also in the field is poker media’s Kevin Mathers.  Mathers made the trip from Atlanta to play in this event.  He is well on his way to make his self-stated goal of “making the antes” – approximately 17 hands into the event.  After winning the first two hands he played he excitedly said he was “above starting stack.”
