For anyone that plays split pot games, keeping your cool isn’t easy when someone is chasing a hand and helping to drive up a pot. This Stud Hi/Lo hand was no exception as Grady Yeager, Jr. was driving the action with kings showing while a second opponent and Anita Pearl were after a low. Pearl with 2-5-7-8 showing was clearly ahead of the second player’s 3-8-9-10 but the action keep flying to Pearl’s frustration. When 7th street came around the opponent sitting between Yeager and Pearl finally folded and they split the pot. Pearl was not clearly not happy about the chase nearly draining her chips and she stacked her share of the pot shaking her head.
