Monday afternoon in The Poker Room at Seminole Hard Rock kicks off with Event 12 of the Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open”. The event is a $240 buy-in Pot Limit Omaha 8 or Better tournament with a $10,000 guaranteed prizepool.

Pot Limit Omaha/8 is a split pot game with half the pot goes to the high hand and half to the lowest qualifying hand. The pot size betting limits players early in the hand but pot sizes build rapidly as it progresses. Plenty of chasing and gambling will be seen at the tables today.

The tournament will draw a smaller field than No Limit Hold’em but the action of the game will bring in players who love the game. Players have 2 hours to register for the tournament of re-enter if they bust out during the first three levels.
