Raminder Singh had a great opportunity to make history in the $1,100 No Limit Hold’em. He was one spot away from winning the title but had to settle for second place, so close to winning his seventh major SHRP Hollywood title.

But he didn’t have to wait long to make up for it. Two days later he entered and later won the $200 Quad Stack Double Green Chip Bounty tournament for his seventh trophy.

Among the big four SHRP Hollywood series (Lucky Hearts Poker Open, Poker Showdown, Poker Open, and Rock ‘N’ Roll Poker Open), only one player had seven wins. David Prociak sat at the top with the most victories but now has company in Singh.

A great accomplishment with a lot of time to move up to eight by himself.
