The 2017 SHRPO $360 HORSE event saw a familiar face rise to the top in AJ Kelsall. If you recall, in December 2014, Kelsall won the Winter Poker Open Championship at Hard Rock Tampa for $124,731, his first and only six-figure score. Still, he has nearly $1 million in lifetime tournament earnings.

Other highlights on his poker résumé include finishing third in this summer’s World Series of Poker Event #14: $1,500 HORSE for $88,221, sixth in Event #48: $10,000 7-Card Stud Hi/Lo for $54,748, and third in Event #59: $2,500 Mixed Big Bet. That’s three WSOP final tables in one summer!
