Chad J. Brown recently lost a big pot and about half his stack to Seth Davies, and Harrison Gimbel has just delivered another blow.

This pot began with Gimbel opening to 25,000 under the gun, and Brown defended his big blind. The flop was AsJc2h. Brown checked, Gimbel continued for 20,000, and Brown called. The turn was the Kd, and both players checked. The river was the Kh, and Brown led for 25,000. Gimbel raised to 75,000, and Brown called.

Gimbel showed KsQs, winning the pot with trip kings.

Meanwhile, a couple tables over, Brown’s stack in the heads-up event is blinding down into the danger zone, as well. He’s got less than 5,000 chips left in front of his empty seat, and 600 chips are being moved from his stack into Alex Foxen’s every two and a half minutes at the current level.

Harrison Gimbel – 875,000 (88 bb)
Chad J. Brown – 135,000 (14 bb)
