$1,100 Six-Max No Limit Hold’em (Freeze-Out)
Level 2: 50/75
Total Players: 74
The freeze-out is slowly filling in this afternoon and well on its way to hitting the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool. It will just be a question of how far it goes over.
Joe McKeehen is making his first appearance this series and it’s good to have the champ in the house. His reign as the WSOP Main Event champ will come to an end in a few months, but until then he holds the crown.
Since winning the title last November, McKeehen hasn’t been resting on his laurels. He has a half dozen big final table appearances since then including a WPT High Roller win. McKeehen cashed five times this summer during the WSOP with another two final tables, the biggest coming with a sixth-place finish in the $111,111 Big One for One Drop High Roller.
