Larry Klur

An unknown short stacked player was all in from early position and there was a small side pot between George Navarro in the cutoff and Larry Klur in the big blind.

On a flop of 8h6d3h, Klur led out for 20,000 and Navarro called. The turn was the 8s and Klur moved all in for about 180,000. Navarro folded, leaving Klur heads-up with Aminov.

“I was just trying to get the side pot at least,” said Klur, showing 9h3s.

Klur’s pair of threes was in the lead against the unknown players’ Ah4c. The river was the Qh and Klur won the pot, eliminating  the unknown player.

“Threes were the nuts,” joked Klur after the hand.
