Dentale later said that as soon as he got one caller, he thought he was in trouble, and with two callers he thought he was dead. He certainly didn’t expect the player in the small blind to flat-call his way into what looked to be a four- or five-way pot with pocket kings.

But the flop came to give Dentale a lot of outs with an open-ended straight draw and a spade flush draw.
