Showdown Event 21 marked the mid-point of the series, the second of three weekends and it hit a few milestones along the way. The $600 buy-in Deep Stack more than doubled its $1,000,000 guarantee and the 3,989 entries created a prize pool worth $2,074,280.

We have 401 players returning for Day 2 this afternoon at 1 pm and they are all in the money, guaranteed at least $895 with a huge $360,000 payday awaiting the Event 21 champ.
