Asher Neaman raised from the button to 30,000, Fred Goldberg reraised from the small blind to 105,000, and Neaman quickly called.

The flop came , Goldberg bet 40,000, Neaman quickly raised to 140,000, and Goldberg quickly three-bet all in for 1,080,000.

Neaman stopped to go into the tank, throwing out three or four Time Chips to give himself at least two minutes.

Neaman talked his way thru the tank, jokingly seeking advice from everyone at the table, but the dealer kept putting a stop to it. (“One player per hand.”)

Neaman eventually folded, and Goldberg took the pot. Neaman asked to see Goldberg’s cards, and Goldberg said he’d show for $100. Neaman asked a couple more times, and Goldberg kept saying he’d do it for $100. Goldberg eventually returned his cards to the dealer, and said that he would have given the $100 back after he showed his cards; he just wanted to see if Neaman would pull out $100.
