Event 3: Jeffery Green Out in 9th, Ron Winkelvoss Out in 8th

$300 H.O.R.S.E.

Level 15: Limits 2,500/5,000

Omaha 8

With the players holding an average of around ten big bets, it was only a matter of time before players started to fall at this final table.

Jeffrey Green, who had earlier been crippled by a Luis Santoni full house, tried to hang on with a nut low draw after Hyon Chun had flopped trip kings. Holding out hope with a 3h9cKd6d board to split the pot, a Qc came on the river and ended his run in 9th place.

Shortly afterward another short stack, Ron Winklevoss, was feeling good on a 6d7hKh10hAh board but threw his cards away in disgust as Michael Moed turned over 2c3c5h8h for the nut low and the flush. Winklevoss goes out in 8th.

Seven remain as we close in the money bubble and $3,534 first prize.
