After the elimination of Evan Shaughnessy in fourth place, the final three players started negotiating for a deal. Here were their official chip counts:

They agreed to give Harwood and Shah equal amounts worth slightly more than second place, while Silva would receive roughly $200 more (and the trophy and the title) for having the chip lead.
