Scott Baumstein

Event 3 of the May Deep Stack Poker Series drew 515 entries over two starting flights and the $600 buy-in tournament more than doubled up its $150,000 guaranteed prize pool. Day 2 gets underway at noon and it’s not done adding to the total with registration open until action gets underway.

Scott Baumstein is the big stack coming back with 589,000 with Jordan Flaschner and Ricard Eyzaguirre the only other two with more than 500K in their bag.

Blind levels increase to 60 minutes at the start of Day 2 and increase to 90 minutes from Level 23 forward. They will remain that way until the tournament is heads up and the last two players will have 40-minute levels.

Cards go in the air for Day 2 at noon and we will have the official number with prize pool and payouts soon after.
