There has been a mass exodus out of the tournament at the start of play. Less than 45 minutes into the restart, more than 40 players have been shown the door including former top ten player Asher Conniff.

It was a quick exit and when asked what happened, Conniff responded simply with “That’s poker.” His chips were equally distributed among his tablemates with Shaundra Seay getting the last of them.
