Maurice Costigan – 2nd place

Maurice Costigan limped in from the button and Mitchell Mantin checked his option in the big blind.

The flop came down 9s5c3s and before long, Costigan was all in for about 350,000 with Qh9h for top pair, facing Mantin’s Qs2s for a flush draw.

The 5d turn kept Costigan ahead, but the 6s river gave Mantin a queen-high flush to win the tournament for $16,955.

Maurice Costigan collected $11,300 for his second-place showing.

A recap of the tournament will be posted later tonight.
