Event 3 Champion – Brandon Caputo

On Friday, we launched the second day of the 2019 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open with two more flights of the $1,000,000 Guarantee kickoff tournament and crowned a mix-game champ at the end of the night.

The $400 H.O.R.S.E. tournament drew 88 entries to put just shy of $30,000 in the prize pool. It was a tough field that formed a talented final table that included Peter Walsworth, “Miami John” Cernuto, Wayne Brown and reigning WSOP Poker Players Champion Phil Hui. Cernuto was the runner-up in last year’s HORSE tournament but had to settle for sixth place this time around.

Brandon Caputo had an outright win after defeating Michael Rosenberg heads-up for his first career win. He earned $8,825 and the shiny SHRPO trophy.

Event 3 results:

1st:  Brandon Caputo  –  $8,825 + SHRPO Trophy
