The Event Center wasn’t the only busy place this afternoon, we had a nice group of players join us for the LearnWPT Ladies Brunch across the hall. There was a big spread of food and more than a few mimosas were passed around before they got down to business.

WPT Commentator (and WPT Champion) Tony Dunst was on hand for a 90-minute beginners instruction and introduction to the game. They went over some poker basics and took seats at the special tables set up for hands-on learning.

It was a great afternoon and it will hopefully encourage newcomers to pick up the game. They will have a couple of hours to soak up the new information before the $10,000 Guarantee Ladies Event kicks off at 3pm.
